I am a Disability Services Provider, what is the process for working with Cohort Staffing?
The process starts with an initial enquiry via our online form or via email or phone. We then undertake a consultation with you to determine your staffing needs. We work to identify suitable candidates and present them to you for review. Once you've selected the candidates you'd like to move forward with, we handle all the administrative tasks related to onboarding, payroll, and benefits.

The process starts with an initial enquiry via our online form or via email or phone. We then undertake a consultation with you to understand your skill set and desired employment. We then present you with a number of employment opportunities. Depending on your requirements, you may be contracted to Cohort Staffing or be placed in a permanent position.
Do you charge a fee for finding work/placement?
We do not charge a fee to those looking for work. You may be required to pay for a police check or other registrations yourself, as required for employment.
